Snapdeal sucks

During Diwali Season, I made a lot of orders in Snapdeal mainly to gift it to my family. Other than a Pendrive nothing was delivered in time. This includes a sony camera, a Pendrive, toy, and a book. The worst part is the status update is not right and when called the So called customer care put the blame squarely on the logistics partner Ecom- Express. After a lot of R&D in net I found a guy in Ecom-express who is responsible for reverse logistics. When asked he said, he can't have all the details at his finger tips and suggested me to give a mail. After 4-5 days of follow up and 12 days after the order date I was told that vendor is yet to ship the consignment. Whereas as per Snapdeal it is on road. Later Snapdeal said my address is untraceable. I live in a upscale society IN OMR CHENNAI. (Just on the road) I asked them about phone confirmation. He shouted at me and advised me to cancel the order if not satisfied.
I hit the site which said, goods dispatched,order can't be cancelled. I called the customer care and cancelled all the four orders and she promised me refund in 4-5 days. It took 10 days for me to get it back. Snapdeal sucks and I would suggest you to think before you place an order.

Snapdeal Screwed up my Diwali. India should get some laws by which these sort of frauds should be punished severely.
